Job Description

As a MERN Stack Developer, you will be responsible for designing and developing robust web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js. You will work closely with our product and design teams to create seamless and engaging user experiences. Your role will include:

  • Developing and maintaining scalable web applications using the MERN stack.

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

  • Writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code.

  • Implementing responsive design principles to ensure the application is accessible on a variety of devices.

  • Debugging and optimizing application performance.

  • Staying up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in web development.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a MERN Stack Developer or similar role.

  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model.

  • In-depth knowledge of MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.

  • Experience with RESTful APIs and integrating third-party APIs.

  • Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools.

  • Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git.

  • Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (preferred but not required).
