Job Description
As an Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our operations. You will work closely with various departments to streamline processes, enhance productivity, and support the overall business strategy. Your role will include:

Managing day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance operational performance.

Coordinating with different departments to ensure seamless workflow and communication.

Monitoring and analyzing operational metrics to identify areas for improvement.

Developing and maintaining standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Assisting in budgeting and resource allocation to optimize operational costs.

Ensuring compliance with company policies, regulations, and standards.

Supporting project management activities and contributing to the successful execution of key projects.

Providing training and support to team members to enhance their operational capabilities.
Qualifications

Proven experience as an Operations Specialist or similar role.

Strong understanding of operational management principles and best practices.

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Proficiency in using operational software and tools (e.g., ERP systems).

Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.

Professional certification (e.g., Six Sigma, PMP) is a plus.

Familiarity with the operational landscape and regulations in Dubai is highly desirable.
